Welcome to WayPoint, St. Brendan’s 7th and 8th grade youth faith formation program. In addition to being a vibrant 7th and 8th grade youth group, WayPoint is our primary foundational catechesis program for Confirmation.

Our mission is to help our middle schoolers encounter God in such a way that it changes the course of their life and all decisions moving forward. We are preparing them to live with a firm faith and grounded Christian maturity to ultimately combat a world filled with confusion and doubt.

Eligibility for Sacramental Preparation

Two consecutive years of Catholic Faith Formation are required in order to be eligible to receive the sacrament of Confirmation. A child must either complete those two years of Catholic faith formation as early as 7th and 8th grade in Waypoint OR two years in private Catholic High School, in order to meet faith formation requirements and be confirmed in their 10th grade year.
