K - 6th Youth Faith Formation
Welcome to SAIL, St. Brendan’s religious education program for children in Kindergarten through 6th grade. Please note that the SAIL faith formation program is NOT the same as the First Communion Sacramental Prep program, but our primary foundational catechesis program. Each child must complete two consecutive years of faith formation and be in the 2nd grade or older to be eligible to also register for First Communion.
Our mission is to partner with you, the primary educators of your children in the Catholic faith, and to engage, evangelize, educate and inspire the youth to have a deeper, more personal experience of Christ’s love. We use resources that are in compliance with the guidelines of the Archdiocese of Atlanta. For a closer look at our SAIL curriculum, please click on the following links:
Kindergarten classes use Image of God series
1st-5th Grade classes use Discover series from St. Mary's Press and the Discovery Children’s Bible
6th Grade classes use The Catholic Connections Handbook and the Breakthrough! Bible from St. Mary's Press.
